Co-organized by PUMA
This competition invites MA in Sustainable Fashion and Innovation (MASFI) students to reshape Hong Kong’s future in sustainable sportswear. Unleash your insights and craft innovative solutions that will lead the next wave of eco-friendly athletic wear!
Purpose
Sustainability is a critical and timely issue particularly in the fashion industry. This case competition offers a valuable opportunity for students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world business challenges within the fashion industry. It aims to deepen students’ understanding of current consumer perception and behavior towards sustainable fashion products. This enriching experience will support students’ professional growth, future careers, and development as lifelong learners.
The sustainable behavior of consumers in Hong Kong is still under-explored. This case competition could generate valuable insights into the perceptions and actual behaviors of Hong Kong consumers, particularly concerning sustainable sportswear products.
Competition Format
We invite MA in Sustainable Fashion and Innovation (MASFI) students to participate in this case competition. Interested students should form a team consisting of three to five members. Upon registration, they have to submit a one-page proposal outlining their methodology for addressing the case problem. Shortlisted teams will advance to the final presentation and submit a report to the panel of judges. Each team will have 15-minute for their presentation, followed by a 5-10 minutes Q&A session.
Instructions
Each team is expected to work collaboratively to analyze the case problem. This involves collecting and analyzing both primary data, such as surveys and interviews, and secondary data, including literature and industry reports. Based on their findings, teams should develop recommendations for Puma.
