Prof. Jun SUN
Dr. Jun SUN’s received his PhD degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2015. Now he is an associate professor in Beijing University of Chemical Technology. His research includes polymer materials, flame-retardant materials, nanocomposite materials, bio-based materials, processing and modification of polymer materials etc. He published over 180 research papers in international academic SCI journals such as Small, Chem Eng J, ACS Appl. Mater. Inter., Compos Part B- Eng, Carbohyd. Polym., Polym. Degrad. Stabil. He served as the Editorial Board Member or Young Editorial Board Member for several journals. He has been authorized more than 10 Chinese patents, and invited to give over 50 presentations at multiple domestic and international academic conferences. He won the second Prize for Technological Invention of China National Light Industry Council (2021), Third Prize for Technological Invention of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (2015) and Hong Kong Scholars Award (2019).
